Doggy day care is a place to drop off your star for the day to play with other celebrity friends in a safe, clean and healthy environment.
Pawllywood offers the opportunity to:
● Provide your furry family member with consistent exercise to maintain a healthy weight
● Expand their socialization with dogs and people
● Reduce separation anxiety, boredom, and destructive behavior at home
● Increases your star’s overall happiness and health
They play, run, and have a great time socializing. Our Doggy Daycare is your star’s dream come true. They will enjoy our expansive indoor and outdoor play yards, carefully managed by Pawlly Companions certified in pet first aid and CPR. Guests can play and socialize with other dogs—we separate them by size, temperament, and activity level—or take a nap in one of our spacious custom-made kennels if they are tired. Boarding guests play all day with the daycare Guest, just taking breaks for meals and rest if required.
Visiting our daycare has some benefits:
● Amplified overall happiness
● Steady exercise to maintain a healthy weight
● Relief of boredom, separation anxiety and destructive behavior at home
● Enhanced socialization with dogs and people
Dog Daycare benefits both you and your pet. While you’re doing human stuff, your furry child is having a great time doing dog stuff. No more guilt when you pick up your keys to go to work and have to watch their excitement turn to disappointment as you walk out the door. Dog Daycare benefits the dog because instead of sitting at home alone waiting for you, they are playing, being socialized, and having a great time with other dogs. After a fun day of playing, your pet is ready to go home calm and well-exercised. Safety is our main priority; at Pawllywood we have a strict dog-to-staff ratio.
Our all-inclusive pricing:
● Daycare access included with boarding
● Largest outdoor play area on Long Island
● Check in and out anytime during Daycare hours
● Live webcams you can access anytime during Daycare hours
● Lots of love and care from our Certified Pawlly Companions

Safety is our top priority, we’ve established policies to ensure a happy and healthy environment for all our stars. We hold ourselves to the highest safety standards. At Pawllywood, we require every potential star to undergo an interview to see how they will adapt to the daycare environment. All dogs must pass our interview process before they can participate in our group play environment. The interview is the cost of a full day of daycare. The process is to ensure your dog enjoys the daycare environment our site offers.
The meet and greet interview involves
● Hands-on interaction, where we’ll make sure your star is comfortable with being handled and checked for any possible issues such as fleas or ticks, or existing injuries that might worsen during play
● Slow introduction into the play-yard environment precisely designed for your dog’s size and temperament
● One-on-one introduction with another regular celebrity
Why This Interview?
● It certifies the safety of your dog, other dogs, and our Certified Pawlly Companions
● It allows us to gradually introduce your dog and not overstimulate them
● Dogs play in a large social group with other dogs, so we want to ensure they’re all relaxed and having fun
We require that your star first complete the meet-and-greet interview process so we can see how they interact with other dogs and people. Our dogs interact in an all-day play environment, it’s important for them to get along well with others.

It’s possible for dogs to endure very minor injuries while at a dog day care, comparable to children on a playground. Throughout regular play, a dog may get small scratches, nicks, or lose a bit of fur. More serious injuries are very sporadic. But, no need to worry as our Certified Pawlly Companions are extensively trained in dog behavior and fully certified to perform pet first aid and CPR. In case a serious treatment is required, we will rush your star to your personal vet or the emergency vet in case your vet is unavailable.
We are fully equipped in case of an illness or injury. Our Pawlly Companions are certified in pet CPR and first aid. In case an injury occurs, our first concern is always the wellbeing of our star. If required, we can take them to the nearest vet, or if possible, their own vet. We will always communicate with the pet’s parent in this type of scenario.
At Pawllywood there’s no need to walk the dogs as they have access to the largest play yard in Long Island. Dogs can participate in playgroups getting plenty of exercise running around with other dogs throughout the day. For their protection, and your peace of mind, dogs don’t leave Pawllywood while in our care.
Yes, we do, in fact we have the largest outdoor play yard on Long Island with over 2,500 sq ft of artificial grass.
We can administer your dog’s medication at no additional cost. We require original prescription bottle with an appropriate date and correct dosage, i.e, if your star is taking ¼ we required the dog owner to prepare the dosage.
Some of our older stars do great with their younger companions. Therefore, this will depend on each dog, as they are different. Our interview process will ultimately determine if our environment is right for your star. We also regularly assess our celebrities’ behaviors, so if we find that your star isn’t integrating well, we will let you know.
For the safety of our stars, dogs are separated into play areas based on their size, temperament, and activity level.
A tired dog and the reason is that they play all day, so they will naturally be tired. This is one of the great advantages of Pawllywood! And in case your star becomes overly tired during the day? No worries, they can take a short nap in our suites. It is common for dogs to be sleepy upon coming home.
A very thirsty dog. Don’t be alarmed if your dog drinks more than a normal amount of water after spending the day at daycare. Fresh water is offered at all times in play areas and kennels because playing and running makes the dog thirstier.
Some dogs may experience loss of appetite, and not worries this is due to tiredness. In some cases, dogs will want to eat more than normal.
When they first visit our Dog DayCare their paw pads may be sore after playing. No worries, this is common as stars have delicate paws and with time their pads will become stronger as they visit Pawllywood more often.
