WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS’ NOTICE FOR A CANCELLATION OF GROOMING AND BATH APPOINTMENTS. NO SHOWING FOR AN APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN A FEE EQUAL TO THE FULL PRICE OF THE SERVICE MISSED, WHICH MUST BE PAID BEFORE YOU CAN REBOOK ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. ARRIVING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE MAY REQUIRE US TO REBOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT AND ALLOWS PAWLLYWOOD™ TO REFUSE SERVICE. IF WE CAN TAKE YOUR DOG LATE, A $25 FEE WILL BE ADDED ONTO THE BILL. IF YOU CANCEL THE SAME DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, A $50 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE ADDED ONTO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.
In order for your furry friend to be groomed with us at Pawllywood, they must have all up to date vaccines, including Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. A temperament assessment is not required for dog grooming services.
